Lovely welcome from manager - good English & helpful manner giving advice on transport to town and nearby rugby stadium. Nice large twin room looking over garden area. Excellent sound proofing Breakfast very good value with staff keen to help. Goof pizzeria 80 metres away along adjacent canal. Cool water dispenser in lobby Situated on direct coach route from airport and No.15 bus straight to main station .. Twenty five minute walk to centre or frequent buses

The service, ideas and help provided by René and particularly; Nasim on the Front Desk was exceptional. (We had issue with charging our EV.) The breakfast quality, range and service were excellent. Staff in all areas were professional and friendly, especially one woman, from Côte d'Ivoire originally, went above and beyond to ensure a good breakfast experience. We had one dinner there at 9.30 at night after the Rugby 7s tournament. Fabulous! Parking is available under the building - and free. Shower is very good

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location is perfect—close to key attractions and easy to get around. One of the highlights was the breakfast and the dinner. The hotel staff very polite. Recommended 100%.

The staff were kind, hotels location was good, They used counter of water consumption in the showers :), the good thing was that water WASNT draining from shower cabin( I noticed in a lot of hotels that problem and we have to put a towel on the ground)

friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room and good size bed. close to city centre, walking 25 minutes along the canal. L1 bus stop is just a few step away. parking is free. The city hall (The Capitole de Toulouse ) is a MUST-visiting when it opens to public if you are lucky just in the right time slot

Great hotel overall and great location! Just 15 mins walking distance from city center! It has spacious parking and the breakfast was worth it. The stuff was super friendly and helpful! For sure will be booking again when visiting Toulouse😊

The good location, not far from center, and easy to go to center with bus. the room is bigger than the normal size of Ibis, clean.

It is in a great location if you are driving in. Right off the highway and free parking which is really hard to find in a lot of French cities. The rooms were comfortable and having AC was great.
